Undeploying Senior Laptops
The CNS Help Desk will once again be offering an undeployed image for seniors to remove the Drew-specific networking software. This year, students will have the option of having an undeployed Microsoft Windows XP image or a Microsoft Windows 7 Professional upgrade.

Please watch this space for details on where we'll be set up and how you can make an appointment.

You have my laptop to be undeployed and updated to Windows 7. I just called to check the status and the message says CNS is closed until May 16th, but I graduate and leave campus on May 14th. NOW WHAT?????

The desk is open for graduating students who have appointments for undeployment. However, the CNS helpdesk is not open for general problems and repairs during these two days. The desk will open for summer hours on Monday at 1PM and the CNS Helpdesk summer hours will be Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM.

When my laptop was undeployed and upgraded to Windows 7 I asked to have Outlook installed with Office. It couldn't be done then but the woman who did the undeploy said she'd put the install file on a CD and mail it to me or my dad. Any progress on this? TIA
