Removing Drew software
 
I know CNS will do this, but is there a way to do this ourselves?

AND: If we do go to CNS to do this, should we backup all our personal files?

We will be sending an email regarding undeployed images to the senior class very soon. It's not something that can easily be done yourself. You should back up your data.

how long does this process usually take and what are the CNS hours between now and graduation? I'm a commuter so I'd rather not have to make a bunch of unnecessary trips if I can help it...

If you're just getting an undeployed c: drive reimage with Microsoft Windows XP, it takes about 45-60 minutes barring any potential problems. Our hours are found at http://www.drew.edu/cns/user-services, and the semester hours end on Wednesday, May 9 at 5 p.m. We are inviting seniors to make appointments for undeployment while the desk is technically closed on May 10/11 (from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.), so please email helpdesk@drew.edu if you are interested in coming down then. Please make sure to do a backup of your data. Thank you.
