Ugh. I saw that because I get regular emails from PETA...I want to know where whoever nominated Drew is getting such delicious vegan food, I definitely haven't had any so far.

It's more about voting for Drew and to see if we'll win, haha!

Obviously, Drew isn't the most vegetarian-friendly college out there, but the fact that they even dedicate a section for vegetarians is huge. Besides, from what I've seen, they have a decent variety. I'm not vegetarian but that is just from what I've seen.

Yeah, but if they're going to provide a vegetarian section, there shouldn't be dishes that contain fish ingredients. Also, they shouldn't alternate from being vegan one day and vegetarian the next. Hooray for Drew making some effort, I guess, but the unreliability makes it almost not even worth it.

Yes, completely understandable. It's Sodexo. An organized food distribution for a decently large school. Can't be too picky about it I suppose. It's obvious that there should be a more of a variety, and on your vegan vs. vegetarian, it's just another way to cater to different tastes. If you really feel strongly about this, Sodexo and those employed to run the Commons will more than gladly hear you out and actually take you advice. They are pretty good about that.

Definitely check out the ingredients before you eat any of it (if you care). There was chicken in one of the vegetarian/vegan dishes once.

I do feel strongly about this, have voiced my opinion, only to see no change.

And yeah, it's ridiculous. There shouldn't be fucking chicken or fish in the "vegetarian section."
