Repairs Needed

Holloway 1st Women's bathroom has only had two showers for the last two months. There was a hole on the ceiling of the shower, and so it has been locked. Now, there is a hole starting to form in the stall adjacent to it. No one has come to repair these. This becomes a problem when every girl needs to shower at the same time, and instead has to wait 30 minutes for one to become unoccupied.

What services can be contacted to fix this problem???

Maria, you can contact Facilities at x3510

it may be similar to whats happened before where there is a leak causing water damage that they can't locate so they just make repairs over and over till they find the problem. Best advice is to put in a work order, speak to your RA and then to the RD to make sure everyone's aware of whats happening and that something needs to be done.

I'm the RA of Holloway 1st. Facilities has been contact, numerous times, it's just a matter of them needing equiptment and time I am assuming. I know it's a terrible inconveience, I have had to wait a few times too but you can always go to the other floor to shower if a line starts forming. Maria, send me an email or come if you have any more concerns or want to talk about this more, I will do everything I can to help you out :)

Thank you for the responses

Thanks to all for responding.

Thanks Stacy. I will be sure to contact you on any future problems.
(I had not taught about going to another floor! XD )
Fortunately, contacting the them by email seem to help. :D

Now, the ceilings of both stalls look better than before.

maybe, we can send another email about the water leaking form the second toilet.

Many Thanks!

[ Thanks also goes to the person who fix the stalls! :) ]

just keep thinking squeaky wheels - and squeak as loud an often as you can. You may be seen as a pain in the a%% but that is exactly the point. You will be moved to the top of the "to do" list just to make you go away. ;)
