After struggling with Outlook and ActiveSync for several weeks, I'm finally willing to reformat my hard drive and start over. So I have a few questions...
I use my notebook computer mostly off-campus. In that case, what's the advantage to using the Drew extreme deployment install as opposed to the ordinary Windows XP SP2 install? I can add the Novell client after the ordinary WinXP install, and then I don't have to deal with Drew domain issues at home. (For instance, I can log on as administrator, change my system id name, etc.) Any thoughts?
Does extreme deployment still use the i: drive? If so, have people found it useful?
After I reformat, I need to install Office plus Outlook 2000. In which order should I install these two things?
