Hi,
First, you need to request to live off campus. I believe there's a form online.
Second, we keep a book here with listings for off campus housing....it's not very large, but sometimes people prefer to give us a listing rather than openly advertise. There's a room for rent in Summit for $550 by christinerosemartin@gmail.com.
Third, and of course you know this, people have good luck on Craig's List.
