my mailbox is full. I can not send mail, but I can still receive it. I am not asking about the GroupWise desktop client or anything else like that I have to download... I tried deleting messages from my inbox and then emptying the trash, but that did not work... What else should I do?

All of your folders add to your Groupwise quota. Try clearing out your Sent Items folder. It's easier to do this with the Groupwise client because you can click Tools->Check Mailbox size and sort each folder by message size to delete the ones that take up the most space. Emails with attachments use a lot of your quota.
