Did you set up a POP connection to your Drew account? If so, there is a better way. It sounds like you are not properly synced to the GroupWise mobility server.
The first things you need to do is go to https://ichain.drew.edu/mobility/
and enable your account to connect to the mobility server.
Next, go into Settings -> Mail, Contacts, and Calendars on your Phone
Choose Microsoft Exchange
Enter your Drew email address
Enter your username (no @drew.edu afterwards)
Enter your Drew password
Under Description, Type Drew so that you know which mailbox it is
A nearly identical screen will appear that has a field for the server name. type s.drew.edu into this field
Your email address and password will be verified
DO NOT SYNC CONTACTS unless you want to have everyone's email address at Drew downloaded onto your phone.
