What is 199.95.160.158, does it function as a Drew proxy, and should
we be sending this address to our providers, saying that it is our proxy?

Thanks,

192.107.39.18 is the address of the proxy server.

However, the database providers should include all of Drew's public IP ranges in theri access list, otherwise on-campus workstations without the proxy server set up won't be able to get to them.
