Default INFO SESSION - Wall Street Semester Spring 2010

Attend the Information Session for the Spring 2010 Wall Street Semester Program to be held on Wednesday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m. in BC 117.

The faculty director, Professor Marc Tomljanovich, will be providing information on this exciting program!

The Wall Street Semester is an eight-credit program in which you enroll in two required courses. The Wall Street Semester takes you to the financial district to learn from professionals who work in the financial world, and to visit the places that are so integral to the U.S. economy. You will take a critical look at Wall Street's operations, learn the economics behind the transactions, explore the district's history, and discuss ethical and moral issues. At the end of the semester, you will have a deep understanding of the role of Wall Street within the rest of the economy, as well as an appreciation for topics and controversies affecting New York's financial sector.

To participate in the Wall Street Semester, you must be a sophomore, junior or senior have completed at least one introductory course in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.
