Is set up a 'rule' in Groupwise -- it's under Tools, Rule. You can set up a rule to delete incoming email with particular words in the subject or particular senders-- but be careful; if you set it up wrong, you can autodelete stuff you wanted to see! I would not recommend deleting things based on the To line because some campuswide email is still useful even when you aren't on campus.

That seems to be helping. I set up a vacation rule, that e-mails back the sender to please remove me from any non-essential e-mails, and just keep sending academic and financial ones.
