Send it to Lenovo - you have the insurance through Drew and they will send you a box for free via FedEx and should have it returned to you within 48 hrs...all cost free. That's what I did when my fan broke..I didn't even bother with CNS because it was over the summer and my past experiences with them were not that great. I don't know why Drew doesn't advertise more that Lenovo can take care of any hardware problem for free and in SO little time.
