I have NO idea what it means, but it just KEEPS poping up, over and over and over and all I can do is click "ok" and get frustrated. Oh, and this only happens when I am using Mozilla, not Internet Explorer.
Did you install the Active X plugin for Mozilla, perhaps? Looking online, that seems to be the most common culprit for that error. The official bug report for that problem can be found here
Do you have npmozax.dll
in C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\mozilla\Plugins ?
If so, with Mozilla closed, rename npmozax.dll to Xnpmozax.dll. See if that gets rid of the error message.
