Default Two Library/Technology Workshops: Endnote Web and Citation Searching

The Library and LTS/STEL are partnering to offer 2 different workshops in Library related technology:

Endnote Web: Bibliography Creation and Management
Do you use many information sources in your research, and struggle to keep track of your stacks of papers, bibliographies, online files, etc?
Want a quick and easy way to make all your citations accessible wherever you are? Interested in easily inserting citations in correct style into Word documents as you write?
EndNoteWeb is for you!
Drew users get EndNoteWeb for free as part of the library’s subscription to Web of Science and Knowledge. Using EndnoteWeb you can easily drop citations into a common database of your own, sort by topic and search, and generate both notes and bibliographies easily in a multiplicity of formats.
Choose one:
-- Tuesday, October 23, 4:00 to 5:30 pm
-- Friday, October 26, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm
Sessions will be in Brothers College 1
Space may be limited. If you'd like to attend or have questions drop us a line at jheise@drew.edu.
Training co-sponsored by ITS/STEL.

Citation Searching Tools: Who's Citing Who?
You know to look in the bibliography of a good article to find pointers to related articles, but... how can you reverse the process, finding articles that refer to the article you're working with? A number of databases have added features to help you find "who cited who," but which ones? We'll look at Web of Science, CiteSeer, Google Scholar, and several other databases that allow you to go "back to the future" in your searching.
Choose one:
-- Monday, October 29, Noon to 1:00 pm
-- Thursday, November 1, 3:30 to 4:30 pm
Sessions will be in Brothers College 1
Space may be limited. If you'd like to attend or have questions drop us a line at jheise@drew.edu.
