I am vegetarian and lactose-intolerant, and I often have trouble finding things for me to eat in the Commons beyond pasta and cereal. I think dishes that are not in the vegetarian section need to be marked whether or not they are vegan or vegetarian--it's a guessing game otherwise.

You can contact Brian Kaden (bkaden@drew.edu), he's the general manager of the Commons and Food Service. I know when I go to the Commons the veg section is in the same area that the pizza is. There's also a vegan chef that's very helpful. You may wish to ask for him.
