Default Faculty around during spring break-- or when?

Hello, everyone. We're still working on scheduling some workshops on library related topics for faculty who might want to know what new stuff we are using (like a newer version of the What's Good about Google? workshop I did several years ago, and training on how to link to library ejournal articles from Moodle)... I had originally thought of doing these during spring break, because then people's schedules are clear, but there's a concern that faculty just aren't around then.

When would be a better time to offer workshops like this? before spring break? after? Any particular time of the day/week?
