Default Summer Credits: ENGL 201 - War in Western LIterature

Would you like to earn credits while studying classic and contemporary war literature this summer?

If so, ENGL 201 War in Western Literature is the opportunity you have been waiting for. This course will examine a variety of wartime texts from Ancient to Contemporary to assess the changing representation of war in literature. You will study how war is represented differently in ancient Greek literature, Shakespeare, WWI, WWII, and the Iraq War.
