After I read your post, Kristen, I tried installing Photoshop Elements. It worked.

I don't know if there is any correlation between what floor you live on and what discs you get, by Kristen and I lived on the same floor last year. Just an odd coincidence, is all.

There is no correlation between your floor and your Adobe software. It came as a package with the Lenovo computer. Either Lenovo or Adobe made a mistake and neglected to include a serial number with that particular piece of software. We are going to look into it.

FWIW, I just checked and my discs are the same -- small sticker at top and nothing at bottom. I can install, but w/out serial #s I can't register.

We looked into this further and it looks like it was definitely a mistake on Lenovo's part. We are going to get in touch with Lenovo to get the solution.

Lenovo is going to be sending us individual serial numbers for the software. We'll be mailing them out once we receive them. Should hopefully happen in the next week or two, but we haven't gotten them yet.

Not to nag, but that was a month ago. Now, having had my computer moved from Visat to XP, I'd like to be able to reinstall PhotoShop Elements, among other things.

We are still waiting for Lenovo/Adobe to send us serial numbers. To our knowledge, the only software this affects is Premiere Elements. The other Adobe products you received will install and automatically enter the serial number when it's needed. You can install them with the media that you received with the computer.
