Drew Theological School TTC XII
TTC XII Common Good(s): Economy, Ecology, and Political Theology is coming up on February 8-10! On Thursday and Friday, Feb. 7 and 8, there in an exciting schedule of events planned related to the themes of religion and theology in relation to politics, economy, ecology, and social activisms. We have public events with Jeorg Rieger, Nathan Schneider, and William Connolly. We have workshops on public scholarship, economic and environmental activisms, and intersectional politics around race and sexuality. Some of Drew's own, like Leena Waite from America's Grow-a-Row and Michael Sniffen, active in Occupy and Occupy Sandy, will speak on community-based ministries in Newark and Brooklyn. An activist fair on Thursday and an interfaith dinner on Friday are co-sponsored with the CLA and promise to be great events.
We would like to invite you to attend these events. If you have not done so already, please take some time and register for the event. We are looking forward to seeing you.
