Default SENIORS - Get your laptops undeployed

The CNS Helpdesk will have tables in the foyer of Brothers College on Monday and Tuesday, May 10 and 11, from 1-4 p.m.
We have a method of reimaging your laptops that will preserve the I: drive, which is the default location for all of your profile data. The undeployment process removes all Novell and Active Directory networking components. We will only provide service to graduating students who agree to a C: drive reimage (leaving the I: drive intact). Others will be referred to the helpdesk for intake.

We are also offering seniors the opportunity to come to the helpdesk while we are closed on Thursday/Friday, May 13/14, from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please email helpdesk@drew.edu to arrange for an appointment; they will be scheduled on a first-come first-served basis.
