GreenVilla and Loantaka: Help!

I am a theo student in GreenVilla - does anyone else out there think there needs to be better maintenance of this building, and of the Loantaka Houses? bad lighting outside, peeling paint inside, no heat, no water, a general feeling of uncared-for ness. Loantaka is much much worse! We need some attention over here....helllooooooo? how much are we paying in rent every semester?

Totally agree with you. What makes this whole situation worse is that we have no rights. If this was an actual apartment complex, many of the abuses we deal with- no hot water, animals in the wall, no heat, and God knows what else- would have to be dealt with or Drew would be considered "slumlords." However, we are just college students which means we have no rights.
