![]() New policies are in place for student clubs and groups wishing to print materials for their organizations. Here is the list of services and locations for different kinds of print jobs:
8.5 x 11" documents (black and white/color) Location: BC 5 printing at the CNS Helpdesk black and white $0.05/page on a single side (normal paper) black and white $0.10/page on a single side (bonded paper) color $0.25/page Photo paper printouts (black and white/color) Location: BC 5 printing at the CNS Helpdesk 8.5 x 11" photo paper printing $3.00 13 x 19" photo paper printing $10.00 You will have to bring cash to the Helpdesk to pay for these types of printing jobs; The Helpdesk does not take account numbers for chargebacks. The Helpdesk does accept points swiped from your Drew card for personal print jobs; clubs and student groups do not have swipe cards to use for this purpose. You do not need to make an appointment to print to the Helpdesk printer from the lab in BC 5, but should be aware of the lab open hours: Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and 6-11 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday 1-5 p.m. Sunday 1-5 p.m. and 6-11 p.m. For larger documents: 11 x 17" documents (black and white/color) Location: STEL, printing at the FacLab B&W - $0.05/sheet Color - $0.25 per 8.5"x11" page or $0.50 for a full 11 x 17" page (up to $1.00 for a full booklet of four pages) Large Posters Location: STEL, printing at the FacLab B&W and Color- $5.00/foot for every foot that comes out of the printer. Posters should not have any background colors. To be sure that you get good service and are able to finish and print your posters on time, schedule an appointment in the STEL for 1/2 an hour before you need the poster. It can take up to 1/2 an hour to get a ready-to-print document properly formatted for a particular printer. This is especially true of the large format poster printer. For printing large posters, no jobs can be scheduled after 4:30PM, and those wishing to print posters should reserve a 1/2 hour spot to be sure that their posters get printed. You can bring an account number to the STEL for chargeback forms. No print jobs will be released without an account number. If you need help creating a poster or flier, you can make an appointment in order to insure that someone on the STEL staff will be able to help you in a timely fashion. STEL Hours are
