It's held in the UC 107, they usually have pretty good prices ($7/poster I think)

The halls on the higher numbered side of tolley (the "kitchen" separates the hall into two) are not carpeted. They are tile. I think that was courtesy of the valentine's day fire (?????)

Eh, its not as bad as it looks. I had a tolley room, and I thought it was tiny too from the video, but when i got there and we put all our stuff in, there was plenty of room.

...Now riker rooms... riker rooms are SMALL (8x10). BUT they are singles, so yay for that, lol...

Well, those are the small Riker singles; there are 8x12 rooms also. And both size rooms are about (give or take on the small rooms) half the size of the doubles.
