Talking snack bar

I think that snack bar must stay open as long as the library is open. Hungry commuters cannot survive only with books.

Arrow Coffee

And they need to keep making coffee! I came there once, with an hour left to go before the Snackbar was supposed to close... and they HAD NO COFFEE!!! We're college students for god's sake! WE NEED COFFEE!!

if the snack bar were to carry FRESH MOZARELLA.... (and PESTO)

I would buy it every day.

I meant to make that suggestion when I was on campus last fall, but they conveniently never had suggestion slips!!

But the one time I did make a suggestion, they did exactly what I asked and brought in Vitamin water within a week, and made lots of people happy.
The end.

I wish there was a bit more of a variety in the Snack Bar, it gets boring having the same options every time you go there.

You know, there was a time when I thought I could live on spicy chicken sandwiches. Granted, they are very good, but probably 100 sandwiches later, I need some more options myself. Spicy chicken wraps were a good substitute, but how about a real grill or something? With charcoal? Throw one of those sirloin burgers on a grill and you've got yourself a really good meal!

I do agree that the snack bar could use a bit more variety, especially with the salad bar. I realize they are trying to make things a bit more interesting for everyone but they still have a way to go.

I also think they need to put out more carry out containers. The paper or plastic plates just don't cut it. Especially when your in a rush to get across campus.

It would also be nice if they stayed open a bit later or at least if they were going to close, open up the smaller coffee stand with premade salads, wraps, sandwiches to go and of course have a mini smoothie station back there. Those things are wonderful!

Just sometimes wish the prices were a bit cheaper and that they didn't skimp so much on the chicken that they put in the chicken cheesesteaks.

Well, one thing that you all must admit is that the staff are great. They are great and always really helpful.

While almost always true, I haven't found this to be the case all the time. Most of the time, and with most of the workers, yes. But not every single time I go there.
