do most people who loft their bed put their desk underneath? how high does it raise the bed?

i dont know if the desk fits- it has this shelfy thing attached to it, but you can remove the shelves and then the desk would fit. i dont know if youd be able to sit at it though. but the dresser definitely fits, i had that and my fridge and some storage crates underneath.

given the flippable bed, the desk can fit under. I've seen it done. It's tight, though, and the top shelf does become less useful.
