Summer term housing

Hey, a couple of juniors and I are looking for people who want to lease our house over the summer terms (since we have a year long lease and wont be taking classes in the summer). LET US KNOW!

Hi Sara,

I'm Elizabeth's roommate and one of the girls looking for someone to lease our house over the summer. We haven't signed a lease for the house yet because we want to make sure we have someone to sublease for the summer before we commit. We've met with a real-estate agent and are looking at 3 bedroom houses with rent between 1500 and 1800, which for this area is REALLY good, and only $500 to $600 a person if you split it three ways. I'm not sure what summer housing at drew costs but it's probably a lot less and a lot nicer. They're all really nice places and all located in downtown Madison, most of them are in walking distance from Drew. Hope this answered all your questions but if you have anymore we would all be happy to answer!

I have to do two summer terms at Drew...and it'd cost me about $200 a week to stay for that...This seems much more appealing.

Does that $500-$600 cover the whole summer or....?

The price would be for a month would you have other people that would be interested too because we're looking to cover the whole rent for June and July and maybe August.

I have yet to find anyone else interested...How early would you have the place? I'd be here for summer term May 24-July 15th.
