vacation Rental available in Avon, NC

We have cancelled our reservation for a 1 week rental through Surf or Sound Realty in Avon, NC. It's for the week beginning May 29th (Memorial Day weekend) The house is Surftones at www.surforsound.com #137.

It's a great house. We're hoping to do something else this fall, instead. It's $1350 plus tax. a/c. 4 bedrooms. Ocean front. Hot tub. Washer/dryer. It rents for more than twice that in the summer. The water temp. s/b over 70 degrees by then.

I'm sure it will get re-rented, but, I'm just telling you, because it is a great house. This is the only week available all summer. (We reserved it in Jan)
