Default Restriction on using the "send this to every student"

The Drew Technology Department:

I often do not see that I have gotten important email messages such as "No Class Today" or "Due Date has Changed to Tomorrow" because I am assaulted every time I open my Drew mailbox by like, a hundred emails about clubs and meetings that I am not involved with. It is great that you have opened up many of the mailing lists to be used by anyone, but I think it has gone too far. I find myself using the school email address a lot less because there is just so much in the box everyday. It is a real pain and time-stealer to have to read through all 120 emails just so I can find the three that I actually need. Help?
