Summer Sublet in Brooklyn Available

Cobble Hill apartment available for sublet July 15-August 22. One bedroom has a double bed and some closet space. The other bedroom is a children's room with a twin bed. There is also separate living room and dining room space. Rent includes water, electricity and internet, but there's no cable
television. We are also looking to leave our well-behaved 5-lb cat at home -- she's very cuddly and sweet. If the person interested in the apartment is willing to care for the cat, he/she can rent the apartment for $250/wk. If the person does not want the cat in the apartment, he/she can rent for $400/wk.
