Emily Raboteau, author of The Professor's Daughter, teaches at the City College of New York. Her short fiction has appeared in Best American Short Stories, Best American Mystery Stories, Tin House, Callaloo, StoryQuarterly, The Gettysburg Review and elsewhere. She is at work on a book of nonfiction about Exodus movements in the Black Diaspora, tentatively titled Searching for Zion. The reading will include a Q & A with the authors,
followed by a book-signing and light refreshments
