Default 10 cars vandalized, Acorn wants your help

On Halloween night, at least 10 cars were vandalized on campus. The Acorn has been able to identify 10 such cars so far. Most were located in the row of parking behind Baldwin Gym and Health Services. One was found behind the suites. Eight of these cars have had their mirrors broken or removed and two of them have had rocks thrown through windows.

If your car has been vandalized, if you know anything about the damage or if you may have seen anything related last night, please tell us. If you have information, please by e-mail to The Acorn at acorn@drew.edu.

I dunno if this is related, but I went to the radio station down in tolley basement on Sunday and found the window in the hallway was shattered. Not sure if the same person did it or not...but more than likely occurred the same night as the 10 cars being vandalized.

Default wmnj vandalism

Hi Amy

My husband works with the students of WMNJ as a consultant, he is concerned about possible security risks to the station and equipment. If you wouldn't mind could you please contact him either by email or phone???

Just did, the station is fine and was untouched. It was just the window in the hallway that was busted in and shattered. I think it was hit from outside due to all the glass being in the hallway, but I could be wrong.
