Macbook Fails to Login

I just got this macbook pro today, and after I completed the setup with the Drew technicians and turned off the computer, I can no longer login into my computer with my user ID and password that worked originally, and there is now a red dot in the name field that says network accounts are unavailable when I click on it. I am now off campus...is there something quick that I am missing?
