Why the lack of information?

I do not understand why the university has lights etc. but is still totally in the dark about the revised schedule for registration, last drop-with-a-W-day, semester's end, and so on. Apparently nothing was learned from last October's snow storm...

The Registrar is revising the academic calendar and working on the Spring 2013 courses. All the information will hopefully be available tomorrow (Wednesday).
