![]() Just curious, do you mean composting food waste or leaves and landscaping waste? I'm pretty sure Aramark (FRM) does the latter. Composting food would also be a good idea if they could separate vegetable and meat waste (usually composting meat is bad).
Heck, let's put sawdust toilets in all the dorms and make Humanure.
