Composting
Maybe Aramark doesn't know how much money they'll save by composting.

Just curious, do you mean composting food waste or leaves and landscaping waste? I'm pretty sure Aramark (FRM) does the latter. Composting food would also be a good idea if they could separate vegetable and meat waste (usually composting meat is bad).
Heck, let's put sawdust toilets in all the dorms and make Humanure.
