Default opening more groupwise windows

In Groupwise, is there any way to open the calendar in a separate window? Individual messages can be open in separate windows, but double-clicking on the calendar (or the mailbox) only switches which is displaying in the main panel. It would be VERY useful to be able to view the calendar and mailbox at the same time.

thanks!

I'm not aware of a way to do it directly from the folder list, but if you click on the "Window" menu in the top bar of the client, there's an option for "New main window". You could then select the calendar in that window and get the multi-window view you're looking for.

In addition to Paul's suggestion, you also have the ability to open a calendar window explicity by clicking the Open Calendar button in the toolbar. It's the right most button, and looks like the attached image.

Also, there's the option to use the Groupwise Home feature, where you can have multiple panels of groupwise information open at the same time. For example, I have mine seperated into two columns, one displays the calendar in month mode, the other displays my inbox and the calendar in a single day view. To get to it, just click on the Home tab.
