Default FREE Fitness Classes at Drew!

Get healthy mind, body and soul for FREE!

This semester, Fitness Classes are 100% FREE for all Drew community members: students, faculty and staff!!

Take advantage of these classes to get your body fit for Spring Break and beyond!

Here are the classes we are offering this Spring. Sign up for as many as you'd like for FREE! (Classes start the week of February 4th):

Pilates with Pam: Mondays 12 - 1 PM in the Haselton Room.
Barre-Sculpt with Megan: Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 PM in the Lower Dance Studio
Zumba (Session A) with Ashley: Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM in the Haselton Room.
Beginner Yoga with Jane: Wednesdays 4 - 5 PM in the Haselton Room.
Pilates with Megan: Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM in the Haselton Room.
Zumba (Session B) with Ashley: Wednesdays 7 - 8 PM in the Haselton Room.
Gentle Flow Yoga with Roseann: Fridays 7:30 - 8:30 AM in the Haselton Room.
