Default Color in GroupWise e-mail?

Hi, I've just never done this. I also can't find this in any documentation: if someone can point me to where it is found?

How do I get fonts and color in an e-mail message, specifically a campus-wide e-mail that does not allow attachments? I gather I compose a message somewhere and put it into the message block, because GroupWise doesn't seem to have this in the Compose window (as this one does have, for example).

Thanks!

You have to open Groupwise through the icon on your desktop. At the very right of the screen, there will be an icon to change from plain text to HTML.
I don't think it can be done going through "Webmail" on the Drew homepage.

When composing a new e-mail, through the 'real' desktop groupwise, not the webmail one, you can go to 'view' in the tool bar, next to file, edit, etc. then select HTML. Now you'll have the color and font options. Hope this helps!

Also if you'd like to make HTML mail the default (again in the Windows client, not WebAccess), you can by going to Tools > Options > Environment, click on the Views tabs, and change the option for "Default Compose View & Font" to HTML.
