you can store it somewhere in the building for free. the RA will usually have a day to bring them down, or you can just ask your RA to bring them down.

also, I believe the lofts that drew offers are just lifts, so you put the entire bed on top of it, but I could be wrong.

For the one I mentioned, you put the main part (with the springs) on it, so you only need to store the legs.

And you have to have the mattress in your room, by drew rules, I believe.

we just got the info. today form Drew. It is just a riser and the legs stay on. They're $185, and I consider that a bargain for the piece of mind that provides for my bike storage.
thanks for the info all!!!
Cheers

I'm guessing that we're not talking about a jaunt on the Loantaka bike trails. If he's got a road bike that he wants to keep inside, we're talking 30-mile rides on the road.

Having said that, there's excellent riding around Drew. You'll have to like hill work, but it's beautiful scenery. Harding Township in particular is quite beautiful, and you can make your way through the Great Swamp. There's enough roads to be able to do several different rides.

good call mike!
Yea, I'm one of those crazy, lycra-clad dudes that keeps up with cars on the road for 40 miles or so. If anyone knows Chris Chesebro(a senior), he's even more hard core than I am. BTW, he, Greg Sousa (a sophomore) and I are trying to start up some kind of organized riding within the college community. Possibly even a team? Who knows. If anyone has interest, we have a Drew Cycling group on thefacebook.com or you could talk to one of them.
again, this thread has been amazing... thanks for the help all!
