Default remote desktop to office pc

I'm trying to get to my desktop PC in my library office from a remote
desktop connection from my laptop (which is currently also in the office).

I'm guessing I don't have my PC set up to accept Remote Desktop connections and that's why I'm failing.

I go to http://proxy.drew.edu/rdp, follow the prompts and get to the point where it says "When connecting with your Remote Desktop client, enter
proxy.drew.edu:xxxxx when asked for a computer name" (real numbers in
place of the x's).

I open Remote Desktop on my laptop (which does work to get me to other
machines on campus), enter the appropriate computer name as indicated,
and get this error:

---------------------------------------------------------------------
THe client could not establish a connection to the remote computer.

The most likely causes for this error are:
1) Remote connections might not be enabled at the remote computer.
2) The maximum number of connections was exceeded at the remote
computer.
3) A network error occurred while establishing the connection.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Jim
