Question How Do I...?

I do not have a Drew laptop, but I want to add a signature in my emails. I work at the UC desk and put a signature on Groupwise, but the problem is I do not have Groupwise on my HP laptop, and the signature doesn't show up if I use webmail.

What should I do???

You can create a signature in WebAccess. Click Options (top right corner) and go to the Signature tab. Type what you want in the box and make sure the activate signature box is checked. You can also choose to automatically add a signature to all emails or to prompt you each time you send one. Remember to click save or your changes will be lost.

You can use any standard IMAP client with Drew's system, so take your pick. (GroupWise has an awful client, IMO.) Most, if not all, will allow you to add a signature of your choosing.

You can find instructions for setting up other clients on the technology website.
