Good condition. 2 years old. It's blue and from Ikea.
Must pick up from Morristown.

Sorry for such a late reply, Sally.
I thought I would get an email message when someone replied to my post, and so I didnt check back on the community board.

But, the futon is still available. I live in an apt bld on the first floor. There's one flight of stairs, maybe around 6-8 stairs.
