Default Application Explorer

I need to download a program, SPSS 16, for my statistics class. We were instructed to retrieve it by using the application explorer. When the application explorer is opened, I am supposed to see an icon or link that is titled "Drew," but no such item exists.

I am connected to the Drew network and I am using the Novell login.

If anyone knows what the problem is and could tell me how to correct the problem, I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you in advance.

It looks like you're a first-year student. The Application Explorer icon is different on the first-year computers. After clicking it, go to "Install Software" then "Academic", and the SPSS 16 icon is there. I can verify it works just fine on Vista.

Okay, let me articulate. After opening the application explorer, there are no icons at all other than one which is labeled "All," but that one doesn't lead anywhere.

For some reason, your computer didn't register with the Zenworks Configuration Management zone when it deployed. I'll send some alternate instructions to you later in email to see if that takes care of it.

Can you send them to me, too? I don't need to use the Application Explorer yet, but I want to get this out of the way.

EDIT: Nevermind, I had CNS register me for Zenworks.
