Default AC in Riker

I am just wondering if there is a reason the AC in riker is off. I went home for the weekend and when I got back my room was really warm and there's no air coming from the vents. Was the AC turned off on purpose or was there some glitch?

Well I would, but I cannot find it (much like my phone jack), however, today I find the AC is working again. So thank you facilities.
