netstorage access

I tried getting to Netstorage from off campus a minute ago and got this:

A username and password are being requested by https://netstorage.drew.edu. The site says: "DREW"

The problem seems to be with Firefox, but not with IE.

I tried the same username and password I used to get here and it did not work. Any help? TIA.

Try using DocXchanger at docx.drew.edu

There are directions here for how to use it:

If you get the same error message, then I suspect there might be an issue on the server side.

One of the two NetStorage servers seems to have been having trouble logging users in. It would not have been every time someoen hit NetStorage or for every user, since connections are distributed between both machines and the other server was not having any trouble.

I've restarted the NetStorage services on the affected server and the problem appears to be corrected.
