Who speaks a second language here?

I'm practically fluent in French meaning that I'm more or less fluent. I've studied French for 6 years now and I studied in all French immersion without English for 2 months while attending school and staying with my host family. My accent leaves something to be desired though.
And I can read Latin. Sometimes write in Latin. But I'm not sure that that counts.

bah! Someone should be fluent in italian. At this point the only thing lacking in the program is numbers.

yeah i'll be taking french 132A and 132B i think. anyways i'll be also majoring in french but my main major will be poli sci.

spanish...although I AM NOT fluent
 and I couldn't fit this class in my schedule the first semester... alas....the 20 credit limit...*sadness* <33333 ps. IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!
