Default Community forums consolidation

In response to some feedback we have received, we have significantly consolidated the list of forums here. Many forums which were not being used have been deleted and existing threads have been moved.

For the moment, we are keeping all of the individual student orgs. forums, but are interested in feedback on this. Does the community home page still have too much stuff on it? Do we need to consolidate further?

Those were moved to either General Discussion or CLA Students. I don't remember offhand.
