Declaring a major online

I have a transfer student who needs to register for spring classes ASAP but can't until she declares a major. I think you can now declare a major on line, but my campus web looks different than a student's does so I can't help her out. Can anybody give me a sense of how/where a student can do this?

Down on Student Menu (left side), go to Declare or Change Major/Minor (It's between Registration and My Check-In Status. I hope this help or she can use someone else laptop.
